Intent, frustration and attention are scored 0–100 from real behaviour — dwell, scroll depth and click pattern — never from the user-agent. A gauge that reads “— / no data yet” hasn't received behaviour for that visitor.

The Intent / Frustration / Attention tabs and the persona / journey segments only fill once the behaviour tracker fires on your site. Who / where / source / how often / what they read comes from pageviews and shows regardless. To turn the behaviour signals on:

1. Admin → Plugins — enable Visitor Intelligence for this specific site (enabling it globally and granting it to a group are separate steps).
2. Make sure the site's snippet loads the current cdn.ghoststat.me/gs.js — it auto-loads the tracker via /collect/config. Purge the CDN copy if it's stale.
3. Scores appear on the next visit — nothing backfills, because past visits were never measured.
