Watches the freshest scored sessions (seen within a live window) and fires threshold-crossing triggers against each live visitor's current Visitor Intelligence scores: rage session in progress, frustration spike, hot lead active, hot lead cooling, visitor disengaging, deep engagement. Each alert carries a severity (high/medium/low) and a kind (risk/opportunity), and is persisted deduped per session+alert so the Behavioural Automation engine can act on a real event stream.
